Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and carrier details.

The total delivery time = Order Processing Time + Shipping Time.


Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Time

We offer several shipping methods depending on your location and the type of product ordered. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping (Domestic): 3–7 business days after dispatch

  • Expedited Shipping (Domestic): 1–3 business days after dispatch

Estimated Arrival Time:
For most regions, customers can expect delivery within 5–10 business days from the date of purchase (including order processing and transit time).
During peak seasons or due to customs inspections, delivery may take longer than expected.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., carrier delays, weather conditions, or import procedures).


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time through the carrier’s website.


Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order and will be displayed at checkout before payment.
Some promotional events may include free shipping offers, which will be clearly indicated at checkout.


Delivery & Receipt

All deliveries require a valid shipping address and a recipient contact number.
Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate before submitting your order.
We are not responsible for delays or lost shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Once the package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, the delivery is considered complete.
Any damage or loss after confirmed delivery should be reported directly to the shipping carrier.


Undeliverable or Returned Shipments

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unclaimed shipment, or customs refusal, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping fees or applicable restocking charges.
